【Ingredient (2 Servings)】
2 Eggs
1 tsp of Salt

①Put enough water in a deep pan to cover the eggs and add the Salt.
②Sink the eggs slowly in the deep pan. Heat the deep pan on high heat. Let the water boiled.
③After the water boils, put the deep pan on a low heat and put a lid.
④Leave a soft boiled egg for 7 minutes and a hard boiled egg for 13 minutes, then put each eggs into cold water.
⑤After cooling down, break the egg shell.

塩・・・小さじ１

①お鍋に卵がかぶるくらいの水を用意し、塩を加える。
②卵をそっと水に沈めて、強火にかけて沸騰させる。
③沸騰したら弱火にし蓋をする。
④半熟たまごは７分、しっかりたまごは１３分茹でて、水に移して冷ます。
⑤冷めたら殻を割って完成。
