・Special sauce
80cc Red wine
300cc Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp catsup
1 tbsp Tonkatsu-sauce
1 tbsp honey tablespoon
2 tbsp Coarse mesh(or sugar)
・Batter
200g flour.
1 egg.
100cc milk.
100cc water.
50g grated yams.
