4 Pleated lettuce

1 boiled egg
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 pickled gherkins
30g onion
some salt ＆ pepper
1 tsp Parmigiano-Reggiano
some remon

●onion ring
1 onion
4 tbsp flour
50ml milk
some garlic powder
some salt ＆ pepper
