豚の角煮の作り方♪ How to make Simmered Pork Belly♪ (Buta no Kakuni)

Buta-no-kakuni is a classic Japanese dish of braised pork belly that is slowly cooked until the meat is tender, juicy, and packed full of umami. It is simmered with traditional Japanese flavors that include soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, with a hint of ginger and scallions.

1kg pork belly
5 boiled egg
3/4 Japanese radish
a bundle of spinach
some Japanese mustard

●Kakuni sauce
120cc soy sauce
150cc cooking sake
100cc mirin
40g sugar

●Preboiling
1tbsp of rice
2 green portion of white leek
4 sliced ginger
