●Ingredients (for 1 people)
1 Chinese noodles
80g of Miso flavored ground pork
2 leaves of Chingentzuai
1tbsp of Chinese chili oil
some Shiraganegi
some Korean chili

●Dandanmian soup
300ml chicken broth
1tsp of scallion oil
1 tsp of vinegar.
1/2tsp of XO sauc
1tbsp of soy sauce
2.5tbsp of Chinese sesame paste
1tbsp of Chinese chili oil
1tbsp of minced green onion
1tsp of minced Szechuan pickles
