●Ingredients(for 1 people)
150g tofu
40g ground pork
200cc of chicken broth
1 scallion
some starch
some Szechuan pepper powder
some spring onion
1 tsp Doubanjiang
10 Douchi
1/2 clove of garlic
2 chili pepper
1 tbsp Rayu
2 tsp Tian mian jiang
2 tbsp Szechuan pepper
