海老天丼♪ Ebi Ten Don♪ ~Deep-fried shrimp over a bowl of rice~

This time, I am going to make Ebi Ten Don.
Ebi Ten Don is deep-fried shrimp over a bowl of rice with special sauce.
Ebi(海老) means shrimp and Ten(天) means tempura and Don(丼) means rice bowl.
And I made quick pickled vegetable called “Asazuke(浅漬け)”

●Ebi Ten Don(for 1 serving)
4 shrimp tempura
some cooked rice
some Don Tsuyu

●Tempura batter
50 g flour
10 g potato starch
1/2 egg
100 ml cold water

●Don Tsuyu(for 3 servings)
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
100 ml bonito kombu dashi
80 ml soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Agedama

●Asazuke
180 g Chinese cabbage
20 g carrot
1 kombu
2 red chili pepper
5 g salt
