1/4 onion
15g Japanese mustard spinach
50ml Shogayaki sauce
some cabbage

●Shogayaki sauce(for 5 people)
25g ginger
a clove of garlic
30g carrot
60g onion
75ml Mirin
75ml water
60ml soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
