バンズ：1個
フレンチマスタード：適量
レタス：1枚
トマト：1切れ
タルタルソース：適量
自家製コンビーフ：好きなだけ
コンビーフ(300g分)
牛モモ肉：500g
塩：50g
赤ワイン：100㏄
胡椒：5g
ローリエ：1枚
ニンニク：1片
フレンチマスタード(70g分)
イエローマスタード：30g
白ワイン：大さじ1
白ワインビネガー：大さじ2
塩：一つまみ
砂糖：小さじ1/4
タルタルソース（二人分）
玉子：1個
マヨネーズ：大さじ2
玉ねぎ：1/8個
パルミジャーノレッジャーノ：大さじ1
塩胡椒：少々
プレーンマヨネーズ（250g）
玉子：1個
塩：小さじ1/2
白胡椒：少々
白ワインビネガー：小さじ2
油：200㏄
ガーリックスープ（4人分）
肉の蒸し汁：800㏄
ニンニク：2片
塩胡椒：少々
ドライパセリ：適量
病みつきキャベツ（2人分）
キャベツの千切り：180g
自家製コンビーフ：40g
ごま油：小さじ1
トウモロコシ：50g
鶏ガラスープの素：小さじ1
ガーリックパウダー：小さじ1/2
塩胡椒：少々

1 buns
some French mustard
1 lettuce
1 tomato
some tartar sauce
some home-made corned beef
Corned beef(300 g )
500 g beef
50 g salt
100 ml red wine
5 g pepper
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
French mustard(70 g)
30 g yellow mustard
1 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
a pinch salt
14/ tsp sugar
Tartar sauce(for 2 servings)
1 egg
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/8 onion
1 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano
some salt and pepper
Plain mayonnaise(250g )
1 egg
1/2 tsp
some pepper
2 tsp white wine vinegar
200 ml oil
Garlic soup（for 4 servings）
800 ml beef cooking liquid
2 cloves garlic
some salt and pepper
some dried parsley
Addictive cabbage(for 2 servings)
180 g shredded cabbage.
40 g home-made corned beef
1 tsp sesame oil
50 g canned corn
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
some salt and pepper
