むね肉のからげ：4～6個
　トマト：1/４個
　さやえんどう：4つ
　サラダ油：少々
　玉子：1個
　豆板醤：小さじ1/2
　水：60㏄
　鶏ガラスープの素：小さじ1
　サラダ油：大さじ2
　ニンニク微塵切り：1/2片
　しょうが微塵切り：1/2片
　紹興酒：大さじ1
　水溶き片栗粉：少々
　ねぎ微塵切り：10g
　酢：大さじ1

合わせ調味料(1人分)
　ケチャッププ：大さじ2
　砂糖：小さじ1
　醤油：小さじ1

鶏むね肉のから揚げ（4人分）
　鶏むね肉：2枚
　重曹：小さじ1
　塩：小さじ1
　砂糖：小さじ1
　ピュアオリーブオイル：大さじ2
　片栗粉：適量

玉子スープ（4人分）
　水：1000㏄
　鶏がらスープの素：大さじ2
　淡口醤油：大さじ1
　玉子：1個
　水：30㏄
　塩：少々
　ごま油：少々

Fried Chicken with Tomato Sauce(for 1 serving)
4～6 pieces fried chicken breast
1/4 tomato
4 pieces peas
some salad oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
60 ml (2 oz) water
1 tsp chicken stock powder
2 tbsp salad oil
1/2 cloves garlic
small piece of ginger
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
some potato starch mixture
10 g (0.35 oz) minced white leek
1 tbsp vinegar

Mixed seasonings(for 1 serving)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce

Fried chicken breast (for 4 servings)
2 chicken breast halves
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp pure olive oil
some potato starch

Egg soup(for 4 servings)
1000 ml (1 qt) water
2 tbsp chicken stock powder
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 egg
30 ml (1 oz) water
some salt
some sesame oil
