中華スープの素：小さじ1
お湯：30㏄
紅生姜：たっぷり

食紅：付属のさじ1杯

Fried Rice with Worcester sauce(for 1 serving)
230 g (8 oz) rice
1 egg
3 shrimps
30 g Naruto
1.5 pieces red Vienna sausage
20 g (0.7 oz) onion
10 g (0.35 oz) green peas
8 g (0.3 oz) beef tallow
some salad oil
some salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp Worcester sauce
1 tsp soup stock
30 ml (1 oz) hot water
lots of Beni Shoga
Beni Shoga
200 g (7 oz) new fresh ginger
1 tsp salt
100 ml (3.3 oz) vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
a small amount red food coloring
Easy Chinese soup(for 1 serving)
1/2 tsp soup stock
1 tsp light soy sauce
150 ml (5 oz) hot water
some green onion
Green peas(160g (5.6 oz))
300 g (10.5 oz) green peas with pod
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1000 ml (1 qt) water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp salad oil
