　山賊焼き：1枚
　ご飯：200g
　玉子：1個
　豆板醤：小さじ1/4
　紹興酒（料理酒）：大さじ1
　淡口醤油：小さじ1
　一味唐辛子：1振り
　ごま油：少々
　塩：一つまみ
　胡椒：1振り
　青ネギ：たっぷり
　紅生姜：適量

山賊焼き（4人分）
　鶏もも肉：2枚
　にんにく：2片
　生姜：1片
　玉ねぎ：1/2個
　みりん：60㏄
　醤油：60㏄
　紹興酒（料理酒）：60㏄
　片栗粉、米粉：適量

簡単中華スープ（1人分）
　中華スープの素：小さじ1/3
　淡口醤油：小さじ1/2
　胡椒：一振り
　ごま油：少々
　青ネギ：少々

Fried rice with Sanzoku Yaki(for 1 serving)
1 Sanzoku Yaki
200 g (6.7 oz) rice
1 egg
1/4 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine(or sake)
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 shake cayenne pepper powder
some sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1 shake pepper
some green onion
some Beni Shoga

Sanzoku Yaki(for 4 servings)
2 chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic
small piece ginger
1/2 onion
60 ml (2 oz) mirin
60 ml (2 oz) soy sauce
60 ml (2 oz) Shaoxing wine(or sake)
some potato starch and rice flour

Easy Chinese soup(for 1 serving)
1/3 tsp soup stock(Waper etc.)
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 shake pepper
some sesame oil
some green onion
