白子麻婆豆腐(1人前)
豆腐:1/2丁(150g)
白子:70g
万能ねぎ:適量
花椒粉:適量
ニンニク:1/2片
生姜:1/2片
豆板醤:小さじ1
豆鼓醤:小さじ1
麻辣醤:小さじ1
香味辣油:大さじ2
醤油:小さじ1
塩胡椒:少々
肉みそ:50g
鶏ガラスープ:適量(200㏄程度)
水溶き片栗粉:少々
肉みそ(4人分)
豚ひき肉:240g
紹興酒:大さじ2
甜面醤:大さじ1

Shirako Mapo Tofu(for 1 serving)
150 g tofu
70 g Shirako(soft roe of cod)
some spring onion
some Sichuan pepper powder
1/2 clove garlic
small piece ginger
1 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tsp douchi paste
1 tsp mala paste
2 tbsp Rayu
1 tsp soy sauce
some salt and pepper
50 g meat miso
some chicken bone soup(about 200 ml)
some potato starch mixture
Meat miso(for 4 servings)
240 g ground pork
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp Tianmianjiang
