Ingredients(for 5～6people)
●Pizza dough
400g extra-strength flour
200g weak flour
30g sugar
60cc olive oil
10g dry yeast
15g salt
340cc lukewarm water

●Pizza sauce
400g whole tomato
tbsp 2 Olive oil
2 clove of garlics
1/2 onion
200cc water
tsp 1 consomme
tbsp 2 weak flour
tbsp 4catsup
Worcestershire sauce
tbsp 3 Red wine
1 bay leaf
