●Ingredients (for 4 people)
480g of rice
300g of bamboo shoots
50g of rice bran
a red pepper
200g of firefly squids
some Mitsuba
some myoga ginger
2 tbsp of sake
2 tbsp of Mirin
60cc of thin soy sauce
a slice of ginger
some kelp
600cc of water and cooking sauce

●Miso soup with Asari Clams (for 4 people)
400g of Asari clam
1000ml of water
40g of Miso
some spring onion
