●Ingredients(for 2 people)
500g chicken wing
a clove of garlic
small piece of ginger
2 tsp of light soy sauce
2 tsp of sake
some Daikon Oroshi
some grated ginger

●Batter
40g of flour
20g of potato starch
an egg
50ml of cold water

●Tentsuyu
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of mirin
1/3 tsp of Dashi stock granules.
120ml of water
