●Fried rice with Ma-yu and Negi-abura(for 1 serving)
200 g cooked rice
1 egg
50 g Char Siu
some salt and pepper
1 tbsp Negi-abura
1 tsp Ma-yu
some spring onion

●Ma-yu
10 cloves garlic
200 ml oil
100 g lard

●Negi-abura
some green part of green onion
 1 sliced ginger
100 ml oil

●Char Siu(for 200 g)
300g pork shoulder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ginger juice
1/4 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder

●マー油と葱油の炒飯(1人分)
  ご飯:200g
  玉子:1個
  チャーシュー:50g
  塩胡椒:適量
  葱油:大さじ1
  マー油:小さじ1
  ねぎ:適量

●マー油
  ニンニク:10片
  油:200㏄
  ラード:100g

●葱油
  ねぎの青い部分:1本分
  生姜のスライス:1枚
  油:100㏄

●叉焼(200g)
  豚肩ロース:300g
  醤油:大さじ2
  紹興酒:大さじ1
  砂糖:大さじ1
  蜂蜜:大さじ1
  オイスターソース:小さじ1
  生姜の搾り汁:小さじ1
  五香粉:小さじ1/4
