　豚ひき肉：800g
　塩：小さじ1
　バター:5g
　玉ねぎ：1個
　氷：少々
　玉子：1個
　胡椒：少々
　ナツメグ：少々

●ベシャメルソース
　バター:40g
　薄力粉:50g
　牛乳：700㏄
　パルミジャーノレッジャーノ：大さじ3
　塩：少々
　白胡椒：少々
　ローリエ：1枚

●人参グラッセ
　人参：1/2本
　バター:5g
　砂糖：小さじ1
　塩：一つまみ
　水：ひたひた

●White Hamburg (for 3 servings)
800 g ground pork
1 tsp salt
5 g butter
some ice
1 onion
1 egg
some salt and pepper
some nutmeg

●Béchamel sauce
40 g butter
50 g flour
700 ml milk
3 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
some salt
some white pepper
1 bay leaf

●Glazed carrots
1/2 carrot
5 g butter
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch salt
some water
