This time, I am going to make Simmered Pig Feet with miso flavor sauce.
I had it at Japanese-style bar named “Kadoya” in Nanba and I loved it, so I decided to reproduce it in my own way.
It is so tender and has a texture that melts in your mouth.
It’s delicious, so please try it out yourself!
