●Ingredients (for 2 people)
3 eggplants
2 bell peppers
120g of pork belly
1/2 clove of garli
small piece of ginger
a chili pepper
1tsp of Shaoxing rice wine
1/2tbsp of sesame oil
some spring onion

●sauce
2tbsp of light-brown Miso
1tbsp of Tianmenjiang
2tsp of sugar
30cc of chicken stock
