半熟玉子:5個
ほうれん草:適量
白髪ねぎ:適量
●漬け汁
鶏がらスープ:200cc
紹興酒:大さじ2
ねぎの青い部分:1本分
にんにく:2~3片
醤油:100cc
ざらめ(または砂糖):大さじ1
蜂蜜:大さじ1
オイスターソース:大さじ2
