1.6kg spare ribs
1 onion
some cabbage
some mini tomato
some salt, pepper, nutmeg
●sauce
2 clove garlic
75ml red wine
75ml Worcester sauce.
75ml soy sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp honey
