■Ingredients(Serve 2)
600g beef ※red meat recommended
100g pineapple
allspice, as needed
salt, as needed

①Bring beef back to room temperature.
②Put allspice and salt.
③Dice pineapple into squares.
④Skewer beef and pineapple.
⑤Grill ④ by turning
Ready when beef size becomes 2/3 before grilling.
⑥Cut, and add churrasco sauce.

◎Chruurasco sauce
1 tomato
1 onion
2 green pepper
a little green chilli
100cc white wine vinegar
2 tablespooss olive oil
sugar, as needed
black pepper, as needed

①Mince all ingredients.
②Blend white wine vinegar, sugar, and olive oil.
③Add ① into ②.
