How to make Jumbo Fried Oyster.

This time, I am going to make Jumbo Fried Oyster.
I had it at a restaurant named “Sanyuu” in Ningyocho and I loved it, so I decided to reproduce it in my own way.

●Jumbo Fried Oyster(for 1 piece)
 60 g oyster
some fresh panko
some beaten egg
some flour

●Sauce
80 ml
1 tsp Ponzu
some pepper

●Potato salad
2 potato
some carrot
2 tbsp plain mayonnaise
some salt and white pepper

●Tartar Sauce
2 eggs
1/4 onion
2 tbsp plain mayonnaise
some salt and pepper
some dried parsley

●Pickled Chinese cabbage
250 g Chinese cabbage
5 g salt
2 red chili pepper
1 kombu

●Plain mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
200 ml salad oil
