2種類の簡単な卵料理　Two kinds of brief egg dishes

スクランブルエッグはよく熱したフライパンに少し油多めにしています。ある程度火が通ったら余熱でまとめると良いです。
目玉焼きでは水を入れることにより卵に火が通り過ぎず、黄身もトロトロのまま食べられます。

The scrambled eggs make some oil a little large to the frying pan which they heated well. You should gather it up by residual heat to some extent if fire carries.
Fire does not pass on an egg by pouring water with the fried egg, and the yolk is eaten with being mushy.
