親子丼としじみの赤だし♪ How to make Oyako Don♪

This time, I am going to make Oyako Don.
Oyako Don is a bowl made from eggs and chicken
Oyako(親子) means parent (chicken) and child (egg) and Don(丼) means rice bowl.
And I made red miso soup with shijimi clams called Shijimi no Akadashi.

●Oyako Don(for 1 serving)
 100 g chicken thigh(skinless)
2 egg
80 ml Warishita
some Mitsuba

●Warishita(for 3 servings)
180 ml kombu dashi
20 ml sake
40 ml mirin
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp salt

●Shijimi no Akadashi(for 3 servings)
600 ml kombu dashi
280 g shijimi clams
2 tbsp red miso
1 tbsp sake

●Donabe rice(for 3 servings)
300 g rice
360 ml water
