●Ingredients(for 3 servings)
3 pig feet
9 boiled quail eggs
some Takana Abura Itame
some spring onion
●Soup for Pettitoes
45 ml Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp sugar
45 ml soy sauce
400 ml cooking liquid
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/3 tsp five spice powder
●Five spice powder
3 g star anise
2 g Szechuan pepper
1.5 g Chinpi
1 g clove
1.5 g fennel
●Takana Abura Itame(for 200 g)
200 g Takana
2 red chili pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame
