●Chicken cutlet
1250g chicken
some salt and pepper
2 eggs
30cc milk
some blead crumbs
some flour
some cooking oil
some cabbage
10 mini tomato
some dry parsley

●Cheese sauce
100g cheese
300cc milk
10g flour

●Tomato sauce
400g whole tomatoes
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
2tbsp olive oil
100cc water
4 clove of garlic
100cc red wine
100cc apple cider vinegar
200cc water
2tbsp flour
2tbsp ketchup
2tsp Worcester sauce
