　パスタ：160g
　ツナ缶：2缶
　長ねぎ：20㎝
　大葉：5枚

レモンソース（2人前）
　ポッカレモン100：大さじ1と2/3
　鶏ガラスープの素：小さじ1.5
　砂糖：小さじ1
　おろしにんにく（チューブ）：小さじ1/2
　ごま油：小さじ1/2
　粗挽き黒胡椒：適量

160 g pasta
2 caned tuna
20 cm white leek
5 Oba leaves

Lemon Sauce(for 2 servings)
1+2/3 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tsp sesame oil
some black pepper
