●Szechuan Style Twice Cooked Pork(for 2 people)
 150 g salted pork
200 g cabbage
1 bell pepper
1/4 green onion
1/2 clove garlic
some Sichuan pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Doubanjiang
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Chinese chilli oil

●Sauce
10 Douch
1tbsp Tian Mian Jiang
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine.
1 tsp soy sauce

●Salted pork
500 g pork belly
1.5 tbsp salt
green part of green onion
2 sliced ginger
