1 package Sapporo Ichiban Miso
8 g beef tallow
50 g pork
1 clove garlic
250 ml water
1 tsp Korean chili powder
80 g cabbage
80 g soy bean sprouts
25 g Chinese chives
25 g wood ear mushroom
15 g carrot
25 g onion
30 g shimeji mushroom
some grated sesame seeds
