Hanton Rice(for 1 serving)
200 g rice
1/2 tbsp margarine
3～4 tbsp ketchup
some salt ＆ pepper
1 tbsp sauteed onion
2 eggs
2 fried shrimp
2 fried swordfish
some ketchup
some tartar sauce
some dried parsley

Tartar sauce
20 g pickled cucumbers
1 boiled egg
3 tbsp plain mayonnaise
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
some powdered cheese
some salt ＆ white pepper

Pickled cucumbers
1 cucumber
120 ml apple vinegar
40 ml water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 red chili pepper
1 bay leaf

Plain mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
some white pepper
