　豚肩ロース：150g
　かたくり粉：適量
　サツマイモ：40g
　蓮根：40g
　かぼちゃ：60g
　白髪ねぎ：適量
　ごま油：少々
　水溶き片栗粉：少々

肉の下味（2人分）
　豚肩ロース：300g
　塩胡椒：少々
　醤油：小さじ1　
　紹興酒：小さじ1
　溶き玉子：大さじ2
　片栗粉：大さじ1

黒酢あん（2人前）
　砂糖：大さじ2
　醤油：大さじ1
　紹興酒：大さじ1
　鎮江香醋：大さじ2
　老抽王（醤油で可）：大さじ1
　水：80㏄
　鶏ガラスープの素：小さじ1/2

Sweet and Sour Pork with root vegetables(for 1 serbing)
150 g pork shoulder
some potato starch
40 g sweet potato
40 g lotus root
60 g pumpkin
some Shiraga Negi
some sesame oil
some potato starch mixture

Seasoning for pork(for 2 servings)
300 g pork shoulder
some salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp beaten egg
1 tbsp potato starch

Ankake sauce(for 2 serving)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp black vinegar
　1 tbsp superior soy sauce
80 ml water
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
