　合挽ミンチ：300g
　玉ねぎ：1つ
　玉子：1つ
　キャベツ：100g
　塩：小さじ1/2

　パン粉：30g
　ピュアオリーブオイル：大さじ1
　ドライパセリ：少々

300 g ground beef and pork
1 onion
1 egg
100 g cabbage
1/2 tsp salt
some nutmeg
some pepper
20 g ×3 shreded cheese
30 g panko
1 tbsp pure olive oil
some dried parsley
