1 portion deep-fried noodle
100 g Chinese cabbage
20 g Japanese mustard spinach
4 pieces shrimp
50 g pork belly
100 g asari crams
15 g wood ear mushroom
3 pieces scallops
150 ml water
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp+α sesame oil
1 tbsp minced ginger
