3 eggplants
1/2 clove of garlic
small piece fo ginger
spring onion
1 egg
1 tbsp sesame oil
some starch
1/2 tbsp Doubanjiang
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp Tian mian jiang
100cc of chiken broth
