●Ingredients (for 4 people)
　400g beef tendon
　800g cooked rice
　1/2 onion
　1/2 konnyaku
　1 Momen dofu
　4 egg yolk
　some spring onion
　some red pickled ginger
　800cc broth
　1tbsp sugar
　2tbsp soy sauce
　3tbsp mirin
　2 clove of garlics
　a small piece of ginger
　3tbsp Miso
　1tbsp Hatcho miso
