Ingredients
●Tsukimi Burger(for 4 people)
400g grand beef
some salt and pepper
4 of English muffin or Buns
4 of sliced cheese
4 eggs
4 sliced bacon
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup

●Hashed Browns(for 4 people)
3 potatoes
2 tbsp of potato starch
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of Parmigiano-Reggiano
some pepper
