蜂蜜:大さじ2
醤油:50㏄
オイスターソース:大さじ1
紹興酒:大さじ2
生姜の搾り汁:1片分
五香粉:小さじ1/4
●焼豚玉子飯のタレ(4人分)
醤油:大さじ2
みりん:大さじ2
砂糖:小さじ1
●ピリ辛ねぎ叉焼
叉焼:50g
白ねぎ:1本
醤油:小さじ1/2
ラー油:小さじ1
砂糖:一つまみ
炒り胡麻:適量

1/4 tsp of Chinese five-spice powder

2 tbsp of Mirin
1 tsp of sugar
