●棒々鶏涼麺(3人前)
  麺:3玉
  蒸し鶏:適量
  胡瓜、トマト、クラゲ:適量
  茹で玉子:1.5個

●蒸し鶏
  鶏モモ肉:1枚
  ねぎの青い部分:1本分
  生姜スライス:2枚
  八角:1片
  紹興酒:大さじ1

●スープ
  鶏の蒸し汁(鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1で可)
  水:150㏄
  醤油:100㏄
  酢:30㏄
  おろし生姜:小さじ1
  ごま油:小さじ1
  砂糖:50g
  胡麻:大さじ1

●棒々鶏のたれ
  砂糖:大さじ2
  酢:大さじ2
  醤油:60㏄
  芝麻醤:大さじ5
  辣油:大さじ1
  ごま油:小さじ1 
  生姜微塵切り:1片分
  ねぎ微塵切り:30g

●Cold Ramen Noodle with bang bang chicken(for 3 servings)
3 hanks Fresh Chinese noodles
some steamed chicken
some cucumber, tomato, salted jellyfish
some hard boiled egg

●Steamed chicken
1 chicken thigh
green portion of white leek
2 sliced ginger
1 star anise
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

●Soup
juice from cooked chicken
150 ml water
100 ml soy sauce
30 ml vinegar
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
50 g sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds

●Bang Bang Chicken sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
60 ml soy sauce
5 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp sesame oil
some minced ginger
30 g minced white leek
