■Ingredients(Serves 2)
200g ground beef
A:1 tablespoon oil(12g)
A:1 piece garlic
A:1/2 onion
A:80g mushroom
B:salt, nutmeg(powder), as needed
B:clove(powder), as needed
B:black pepper(powder), as needed
1 egg
20g bread crumbs
50cc milk
2 vans
mustard, as needed
10g lettuce
20g tomato
1 slice bacon
ketchup, as needed


Add oil and garlic into a flying pan. Once smell of garlic comes out, add up onion and mushroom.
※if grilled over an open fire, be care for the heat level.


Put grand beef, A, B, egg and bread crumbs soaked in milk, and knead well.
※Knead until turned white.


Add oil into a flying pan, and make ② into shape of vans, and grill.
Add up bacon. Grill for 3 minutes each side. Once meat juice comes out, remove from the heat.
※if grilled over an open fire, be care for the heat level. Flip over with spatula, and check out the meat.


Cut vans into half, and bake.
※Not too baked.


Spread mustard on vans, and put lettuce, tomato, ③, beacon and ketchup.
※Also good to add cheese.
