●Salty taste Nakatsu Karaage
500g chicken thigh
4 tbsp potato starch
1 tbsp corn starch

●Seasoning for chicken
1 tsp salt
some pepper
some cayenne pepper powder
1/2 sesame oil

●Garlic sauce
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp apple
2 tbsp sake
1tsp of 100% pure pineapple juice.
some sugar
